Ammar is committed to helping the region prosper. His involvement with organisations all across the North East has helped both the people and place to move towards prosperity.
Primary 2 Prosperity is a major part of the work done as part of the PIE Project. The main aim is to help children explore all the available opportunities they have in front of them. This allows them to then go from Primary 2 Prosperity. Ammar has had a major role in delivering this initiative into schools all across the region.
Ammar’s recent launch of the SME Centre of Excellence has helped local businesses to move through the stages of ‘start, survive and thrive’, helping them to move to a stage of prosperity which will also have wider impacts on the growth of the region.
